About the bank

OJSC JSCB International Financial Club (IFC Bank) provides full range of financial services to major corporate and private clients. Banking operations are carried out under license 2618 issued by the Bank of Russia on March 2, 2009. The Bank's shareholders Alexander G. Abramov, Viktor F. Vekselberg, Yekaterina S. Ignatova, Suleyman A. Kerimov, and Mikhail D. Prokhorov.

As of October 1, 2011, IFC's stock totaled 4.36 billion RUR with assets reaching 36.1 billion RUR. IFC is part of the mandatory deposit insurance system and is a member of Visa International and MasterCard International payment systems. It is also a member of the National Securities Market Association and Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange, as well as the Russian Bank Association (RBA).

IFC history dates back to the establishment of APR-Bank in December 1993. In September 2008 the ONEXIM Group announced the purchase of 100% of the APR-Bank’s stock and plans of using it to establish a financial institution under a new brand name, which would move to a leading position on the national market. In March 2009 APR-Bank was officially renamed OJSC JSCB International Financial Club. In December 2009 IFC announced the establishment of the first bank club, attracting new investors and offering a radically new approach to capital stock formation. Along with Mikhail Prokhorov (27.7%), IFC’s new shareholders included such prominent business people as Alexander Abramov (19.71%), Viktor Vekselberg (19.71%), Suleyman Kerimov (19.71%) and Yekaterina Ignatova (13.14%).

In January 2012 Expert RA rating agency confirmed the bank an A on the national scale with a High level of solvency.

As of July 1, 2011, OJSC JSCB International Financial Club ranked 16th among the most reliable of the 100 largest Russian commercial banks, according to the rating of Profil business weekly.

IFC Bank has the Territory Administrative Office and Siberian branch in Krasnoyarsk, operational office in Irkutsk, and three representative offices: in St. Petersburg, Yakutsk and Novosibirsk.
