Mikhail Lapochkin

Born in 1954 in Norilsk. Graduated in 1977 from the Leningrad State University with a specialization in mathematics, and in 1999 from the St. Petersburg Institute of Management and Economics, with a specialization in economics. From 1977 he worked at the Reshetnev Scientific-Industrial Association of Applied Mechanics (in Zheleznogorsk). In 1995 he started as a head of the SBERBANK office number 7701 in Zheleznogorsk , in 2000 became Deputy chairman of the East-Siberian bank of SBERBANK, and in 2007 became Deputy Director of the Urals-Siberian local administrative office of ROSBANK.
