Nikolay Slobodchikov

Born in 1961. In 1983, graduated with Honors from the Academy of Civil Aviation (St. Petersburg), majoring in “Air Transport Flight Operation”, moving on to pursue an Honors’ diploma in Law at the Legal Department of the Irkutsk State University in 1996.
From 1991 to 1997, acted as Chairman of the Social Policy Committee of the Irkutsk Regional Administration, Deputy Head of Administration in Ust’-Kut. In May 1997, joined the East-Siberian regional branch of OAO “Interros” as Deputy Director of the branch. From 1998 to 2007, worked at the “BaikalROSBANK” commercial bank, from April 2007 to September 2010, served as Head of the Irkutsk branch of OJSC JSCB “ROSBANK”
