Olesya Firsik

In 1992 Olesya Firsik graduated from the All-Union Extra-Mural Institute of Economics majoring in Economics. In 1992-1998 she was employed with IFC Bank where her career evolved from the position of the Leading Expert to the head of Accounting and the Reporting Directorate as Deputy Chief Accountant. From June to September 1998, she held the post of Deputy Head of the In-House Audit Service of ONEXIM Bank, and from September 1998 to March 2003 she was Chief Accountant, Director of the Accounting and Reporting Department, and Member of the IFC Bank Executive Board.

From March 2003 to February 2004 Ms. Firsik served as Deputy Chief Accountant of MMC Norilsk Nickel, and in February 2004 she joined Rosbank as First Vice President and Head of Rosbank and banks of the Mutual Loan Association’s Business Consolidation Group.

From 2005 to 2008, she held the position of Chief Accountant of Rosbank.
In December 2008 she was appointed as Deputy Chairperson of the Board of IFC Bank. Ms. Firsik is in charge of the Bank’s operational and technical activities.
