Information disclosure

IFC-Bank discloses information as an issuer of securities on the basis of “Conditions for information disclosure by issuers of securities”, the directive of the Federal Service for Financial Markets from 10.10.2006 N 06-117 (the amount of information to disclose is governed by section VIII of the Conditions) as well as a stock company keeping the register of shareholders on the basis of the directive of the Federal Service for Financial Markets from 13.08.2009 N 09-03/pz-n “About the stock companies keeping the register of shareholders”.
