Within the framework of the signed agreement, the Parties have laid down the foundation for the mutually beneficial cooperation to widen the client base, increase return on investment, and substantially expand the existing product line.
CJSC “Gazprombank — Asset Management” (Company) will render to the clients of OJSC “International Financial Club” (IFC) a range of services on trust management of securities, funds intended for securities-related transactions, and/or derivative financial instruments.
IFC, in turn, will provide to the Company the requisite expert and consultative assistance in creating its own investment products.
