On October 3, 2011 OJSC JSCB International Financial Club opens a Representative Office in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) at: Glukhoi Pereulok, Bldg.1, Yakutsk. The relevant decision was made at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank held on September 21, 2011.
Danilov Vladimir Danilovich was appointed Director of the Representative Office.
The operational priorities of IFC Bank’s Representative Office in the Republic will be further development of traditional corporate lending to major companies in the region as well as private banking.
IFC Bank already has a history of success in the region. In particular, in July 2011, with the assistance of the local authorities, the Bank signed a number of agreements with major Yakutian companies representing various branches of the Republic’s economy. Currently the Bank’s loan portfolio for Yakutia exceeds 1 bn rubles with overall planned investment in the regional economy totaling 100 mln USD.
The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) will be the sixth Russian region to have a Representative Office of the Bank. The regional network of OJSC JSCB International Financial Club already includes the Regional Administrative Office and the Siberian Branch in Krasnoyarsk, the Operational Office in Irkutsk, representative offices in Saint-Petersburg and Novosibirsk, as well as the Bank’s Head Office in Moscow.

Vladimir Danilov was born on December 13, 1962 in Novosibirsk. In 1985 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics, majoring in economics. In 1988 and 1989 he took professional development courses at the State Statistics Committee of the USSR. From 1982 to 1991 — employed at the Statistics Directorate of Yakutia, going all the way from an economist to a department head. In
During the course of his employment he received a number of state and institutional awards, including Certificates of Honor of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, a “Medal of Merit for Conducting the National Census”, institutional medals of the State Courier Service and the Federal Bailiff Service, a Letter of Thanks from the Plenipotentiary of the President in the Far-Eastern Federal District.
In September 2011 he was hired as Director of IFC-Bank’s Representative Office in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
