Nikolay Evtikhiev

Born May 19, 1974

In 1996 graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in Applied Mathematics.

In the period from 1996 to 2006 worked in Commercial Bank “APR-BANK” (OJSC “APR-BANK”) as an analytical expert of the Securities Department, Head of the Securities Department, and Resource Management Director.

Between September 1, 2006, and February 1, 2009, held the office of Deputy Chairman of the Board of CB “APR-BANK”.

Between February 2, 2009, and March 30, 2009, held the office of Managing Director of the Debt Instruments Transactions Office of the Retail Transactions Department of CB “APR-BANK” (renamed as OJSC JSCB “INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CLUB”).

In the period from April 1, 2009, to April 30, 2010, held the office of Deputy Director of the Treasury Transactions Department of OJSC JSCB “INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CLUB”.

Between May 1, 2010, and June 8, 2012, held the office of Director of the Treasury Transactions Department of OJSC JSCB “INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CLUB”.

Between June 9, 2012, and November 30, 2015, held the office of Director of the Financial Markets Transactions Department of OJSC JSCB “INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CLUB”.

From December 1, 2015, to the present day has held the office of Managing Director of the Financial Markets Transactions Department of JSC JSCB “INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CLUB”.

Functional responsibilities:

  • Stock, exchange, and interbank market transactions, including professional activities, pledge transactions, and transactions with unallocated precious metals on behalf of the Bank and its customers;
  • Derivatives market transactions for hedging the Bank’s portfolios and profit-making;
  • Participation in planning and taking measures to control the current, overall, and long-term liquidity of the Bank;
  • Analysis of the stock, exchange, and interbank markets; setting priorities in the allocation of the Bank’s resources;
  • Participation in the development and pursuing a credit and investment policy and a passive banking transactions policy of the Bank;
  • Participation in the development and optimizing of the Bank’s tariff policy in terms of interest rates.
