Vyacheslav Shabaikin is appointed First Deputy Chairperson of the Executive Board of JSCB International Financial Club

OJSC JSCB International Financial Club (IFC) announced the appointment of Vyacheslav Shabaikin to the post of First Deputy Chairperson of the IFC Executive Board. In his new capacity, Mr. Shabaikin will be responsible for the development of the Bank’s corporate business.

Corporate banking remains a priority for IFC. We expect that with Vyacheslav Shabaikin on the team, the bank’s position in this segment will be strengthened, — stated Oksana Lifar, Chairperson of the IFC Executive Board.

Vyacheslav Shabaikin was born January 30, 1970 in Krasnoyarsk. In 1993, he graduated with honors from N. E. Bauman Moscow State Technical University, and in 1998 from Krasnoyarsk State University, majoring in Finances and Credit. In 2007, he completed the MBA program at the State University — Higher School of Economics. Since 1994, he has worked at Sberbank of Russia in various capacities: 1997 — First Deputy Chairperson of the East-Siberian Bank of Sberbank of Russia; 2004-2006, Mr. Shabaikin was Acting Chairperson of the East-Siberian Bank of Sberbank; in 2005, he was nominated as regional Financier of the Year in the Person of the Year competition. . From 2006 to May 2009, he served as Director of the Ural-Siberian Territory Administrative Office of Rosbank. Mr. Shabaikin is included in the President of Russia’s the managerial reserve staff. On May 21, 2009, he assumed management of the Territory Administrative Office of IFC Bank in Krasnoyarsk. In June 2009 he was appointed Deputy Chairperson of the IFC Executive Board.

Also, the IFC Board of Directors dismissed Alexander Zagrenchuk from the position of Deputy Chairperson of the Bank’s Executive Board.
