OPEN JOINT STOCK COMPANY JOINT STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK “INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CLUB”, OJSC JSCB “INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CLUB”, main state registration number 1027700056977, registration number, issued by the Bank of Russia in accordance with the Book of state registration of institutional lenders, 2618 dated December 1st, 2000, legal address (location): 109240, Moscow, ul. Goncharnaya, 15, str. 1 (hereinafter — the “Bank”), in accordance with requirements of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia dated April 2nd, 2010 No. 135-I “The procedure of decision making by the Bank of Russia regarding state registration of institutional lenders and issue of licenses for carrying out of bank operations”, notifies its creditors of the fact that on October 20th, 2011, the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Bank made a decision on the change of legal address (location) of the Bank.
New legal address (location) of the Bank will be: 123317, Russia, Moscow, Presnenskaya naberezhnaya, 10.
Necessary procedures, aimed at registration of the abovementioned changes to come into effect from the date of their state registration in the order, specified by applicable law, are being performed at the moment.
Notification of the date of state registration of changes with indication of new Bank details will be placed on the Bank’s site http://www.mfk-bank.ru/.
Transaction and cash services to clients of the Bank’s Head Office will be provided at the location of the Center for Transaction and Cash Services to clients of Operational Department in the Bank’s office at the following address: 123104, Moscow, Tverskoy bulvar, 13, str. 1.
