Igor Antonov has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board of JSC JSCB “INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CLUB”

The Board of Directors of JSC JSCB “INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CLUB” has held a regular meeting, where it has accepted the resignation of Oksana Lifar from her position as Chairman of the Board of the Bank and has appointed Igor Antonov to that post. The appointment has been approved by the Bank of Russia.

Igor Antonov started to perform his duties as Chairman of the Management Board of JSC JSCB “INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CLUB” on June 7.

“The shareholders provide a sufficient support to the Bank, that leads to considerable enhancement of our capacities in such fields as corporate services, private banking, and financial markets transactions,” Mr. Antonov stated.

Oksana Lifar will continue her employment with the Bank as a member of the Board of Directors.

Biographical sketch of Igor Antonov:

Igor Antonov was born in 1964 in the city of Nizhny Tagil, Sverdlovsk region.

In 1989 he graduated with honors from the Moscow Financial Institute in international economic relations; he’s got a more than 25 years’ working experience in the banking sector.

Between 1989 and 1994 he worked in the system of the USSR’s State Bank and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

From 1994 till 1998 he was Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of ONEXIM Bank.

In 1999 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Rosbank; from 2008 till 2014 he acted as First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and a Board Member.

From March to September 2015, Antonov headed Vozrozhdeniye Bank.
